Gloria looks after People & Culture in Tembusu Law as well as LawGuide Singapore, a legaltech startup that educates and empowers consumers by making basic law-related information easier to find, understand and use – through its website, social media channels and Singapore’s first law-related chatbot – and which is today Singapore’s fastest-growing and most-followed online legal information portal and platform in terms of social media reach and engagement.

Throughout her career, Gloria has delivered results in all aspects of HR, but one thing stands out: her ability to cultivate and protect the heart of an organisation’s success, its people.

Over the past 20 years, Gloria has handled portfolios which include staff relations, development, recruitment, and retention, with each practice accentuated by her drive to discover the inner professional potential of every member of the organisation and team.
